Qt 4.8.6 ships outdated mingw dll's

    Description

      After installing Qt 4.8.6 opensource for MinGW all tools fail to run. This is because the 'bin' folder contains outdated versions of libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll, libstdc++-6.dll, probably from Mingw 4.4.

      Instead, it should ship

      libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll
      libstdc++-6.dll
      libwinpthread-1.dll

      from mingw-builds package.
