Wrong positioning of tooltips and context-menu on OS X Mavericks under multi-monitor setup.

Tooltips and context menus appear at the wrong position on the screen, in other words, not where the mouse pointer is.

This happens in a multi monitor setup, where the smaller monitor is the main screen (see attached screenshot of monitor layout; main monitor is the one with the white bar at top).

If the big monitor on the left is the main screen, the tooltips and context menus are positioned correctly.
