Double lib (lib/lib) in CMake file for lrelease

      This is a bug in the CMake generated files, I don't know for sure if the component is right.

      JFTR, the original bug report is in [0]. /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/cmake/Qt5LinguistTools/Qt5LinguistToolsConfig.cmake (note this is a Debian system and so the arch-qualified path) is shipping with a double "lib" as the path for finding lrelease:

      /usr/lib/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/bin/lrelease

      Removing an extra lib obviously fixes the problem.
