Top-level QWidget always has zoom button enabled on Mac

      When creating a top level widget with the window flags
      Qt::Tool | Qt::WindowTitleHint | Qt::CustomizeWindowHint | Qt::WindowCloseButtonHint

      the resulting widget has an enabled zoom (aka maximize) button. This shouldn't be the case (was Ok in Qt 4.8)
