Canvas element renders fuzzy on retina displays

    Description

      The canvas element renders very fuzzy on a retina display. It looks like it is pixmap-backed, and the devicePixelRatio of that pixmap is left at the default (like 1).

      For an example, take a look at the QML profiler time-line in Qt Creator.
