fixPaths in syncqt will mangle paths if $basedir is a prefix of $out_basedir

    Description

      When doing a shadowbuild inside the base directory of Qt, the compilation will fail.

      This seems to be the same issue as in 136642

      Ths fails compiling
      $ mkdir qt4/build
      $ cd qt4/build
      $ ../configure
