Precondition:
A Table View that has more columns than the available space can show together. So there is a horizontal scroll bar.
Steps:
1- move the scroll bar a little to the right (The problem will not happen if the scroll bar is at the most left)
2- try to move any column (you will see that while dragging the column does not appear under the cursor)
2- move the scroll bar further to the right and try again (the column will appear further to the cursor)
Notice: The problem is not with scrolling. But the initial position of the column while dragging is taken from its relative position to the table not to the current viewed portion of it (or it can just take the position of the mouse).
