OSX: Rich text is lost when copied using clipboard

      When copying html formatted text from native OSX applications (Pages, TextEdit.app, IText Express and Safari) to QTextEdit the text is copied as plain text and all html formatting is lost.
      This can be reproduced with Qt Text Edit example application.
      On Windows copying rich text content works fine.
