Ministro crashes when calling std::chrono::system_clock::now()

    Description

      When trying to run a simple application (one is uploaded here) which makes a call to std::chrono::system_clock::now() with Ministro II, the application crashes with the following trace : http://pastebin.com/HC4aWGP6.
