With qt-everywhere-opensource-src-5.1.1 source code to compile static library compiled Qt application does not display Chinese

Static library compiled with Qt applications can not display Chinese Qt5. In compiling static library before, in the default creater environment, the program is compiled Qt5 can properly display Chinese. After compiling Qt5 static libraries, static libraries compiled application can not display Chinese display English
This is the case, I want to achieve is now international, in the absence of a static library, the compiled program can be displayed both in Chinese and English. But with a static library compiled program only after the interface can display Chinese title bar, but others are only displayed on the screen in English, can not display Chinese

static compile step:
(1)./configure -static -release -qt-xcb -nomake examples
