      Add Mkspec for ptxdist.

      Add a mkspec for ptxdist:

      • qplatformdefs.h
        Include the generic qplatformdefs.h
      • qmake.conf.in
        Used to generate qmake.conf with the correct toolchain.

      Please let me know if the attached patch is OK for Qt 4.8.2 opensource version.
