Webkit dragging of selected text in contenteditable mode no longer works

Using fancybrowser demo, goto:
http://html5demos.com/contenteditable

Select some text in the contenteditable and try to drag it to another position. It just selects rather than dragging.

This works as expected in 5.1 (it drags the text), so it's something introduced in 5.2
