QAbstractItemView: option for how disabled items interacts

In pre Qt 4.5 the behavior of disabled items was that one could still interact with them(which was not what the documentation stated). In Qt 4.5, the behavior was aligned with the documentation.

However, the old behavior is still of interest for some. Hence it would be useful with a mode which controlled this.
