Flicker in QML2 in some circumstances

    Description

      under some circumstances (happens at the moment in plasma panels https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=332045, trying to make a simpler test case) QQuickView flickers a lot when repainting.
      It seems to happen reliably after the commit
      ba4419df92bad6953c81be03a4ccf5cc137cb2d3 "Don't sort batches when there are no changes." in the qtdeclarative repository.
