Documentation for icon creation for Mac OS X is incorrect

      In the document "Setting the Application Icon" (http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5/appicon.html) it is incorrectly stated to use Icon Composer to create an application icon set.

      Icon Composer was removed from XCode in version 4.4, and is no longer available. I don't know what the accepted replacement is, but the doc should be updated to at least reflect the fact the Icon Composer is no longer available.
