Linux: Regression in QApplication::setWindowIcon

      Once the main window is shown, it's impossible to set a new application icon using QApplication::setWindowIcon() on Mac and Linux, while it is working on Windows.

      This feature was working in Qt 4.*.

      On Mac only, a negative side effect of this is that if Qt is not embedded inside a bundle, then it's simply not possible to set the window icon using this function.
