Qt does't respect the globaladvance fontconfig setting

Set globaladvance setting with fontconfig to false for a specific font family

I expected to see the setting being used, like in GTK+ programs. Instead the setting is being ignored.

Attached there is an image showing the same text rendered at the same size of (22 points) in a qt application (qtconfig) and in a GTK+ one. There is also the fontconfig configuration file I'm using for the font-specific configuration.
