    Description

      All keyboard shortcuts don't work in case the user switched keyboard layout to another language (ex. CTRL+Q doesn’t work in case the user switched to Arabic layout)

      P.S. This bug wasn't exits in older Qt versions.
      P.S.S. Don't know how to reopen previous QTBUG-32274 (possibly I have no permission), so cloned it. Issue is still valid and reproducable.
