Overlay package misses several libraries

    Description

      I got the new overlay (target date: 17 March 2014) and it gives me error on dependencies:

      C:\bbndk\\host_10_2_0_15\win32\x86\usr\bin\ntoarm-ld: cannot find -lsqlite3
      C:\bbndk\\host_10_2_0_15\win32\x86\usr\bin\ntoarm-ld: cannot find -lz
      C:\bbndk\\host_10_2_0_15\win32\x86\usr\bin\ntoarm-ld: cannot find -lbps

      The previous one were working well
