Writing REG_BINARY type data to Windows registry

    Description

      Though able to read REG_BINARY type data from Windows registry the issue if not being able to write has been acknowledged by many on different forums and suspected as being a bug when attempting to use QSettings.

      The resultant data gets converted to @ByteArray()
