WinRT packaging of compiled shaders

      For WinRT we need to remote create compiled shader blobs. The qtd3dservice takes care of creating those and deploys it to the device.

      However, when you want to package your app for the store, those need to be integrated into this package. That process needs to be bullet-proof and also as convenient as possible.

      Furthermore we might need to rethink how we can identify all shaders required to be compiled. We cannot ask the user to go through the whole application and all use-cases each time/before publication.
