Windows: All cursors are not DPI aware

    • Scale cursor pixmaps in qtbase: 54da6c25eb46f0dbcdca73e9e337ee6486cb60e0 (stable, 20.5.2014, 5.3.1)

      The problem was seen with QSplitter in high resolution monitor with 200% DPI. The cursor for horizontal splitters looks small i.e. doesn't follow the DPI. The cursor implementation (src/gui/kernel/win_cursor.cpp QCursorData::update()) indicates that there is only 32x32 sized splitter cursor available.
