Define an lconvert target in Qt5LinguistToolsConfig.cmake

    Description

      Qt5LinguistToolsConfig.cmake defines CMake targets for lrelease and lupdate, but not for lconvert. It would be handy to have such a target. Right now we have to deduce lconvert path based on lrelease path.
