configure.exe does not auto-detect phonon headers with mingw-w64 toolchain

    Description

      configure.exe by default disables phonon for mingw-w64 toolchains, although the toolchain provides the right headers.

      configure.exe does try to auto-detect phonon availablility by checking for certain include files in the INCLUDEPATH. HOwever, with mingw-builds the files are only in the gcc internal include path ..

      Workaround is to enable phonon explicitly by passing '-phonon' to configure.exe
