QSlider not usable on Android (too small)

QSlider on Android is very small, it is almost impossible to use it. There are a few pixels one has to hit in order to move the slider. With your finger on a high resolution screen it's like a lottery, maybe you hit the right pixels, maybe not. Most of the time you loose

When increasing the size of the slider, the box around the slider gets larger, but not the slider itself, so it does not get easier to use.
