[regression] Mouse Wheel Scrolling not working in 5.3 beta

    Description

      Scrolling using the mouse wheel (or in my case the system-emulated mouse wheel which is a combination of middle-click and moving the trackpointer on a thinkpad) is not working with the latest Beta. It worked without any problems in Qt 5.2.1 and earlier.

      Tested with the latest git versions of VLC and Tomahawk Player.
