    Description

      qconfig.h and the prl files are created with the permissions of the owner, instead of inheriting the directory permissions, this means that if an adminstrator installs Qt for a user then the user cannot actually use Qt since the permissions prevent this from happening. The file permissions need to be fixed after the files are created.
