      Windows 8.1 and Visual Studio 2013 are not mentioned. It's important to install Visual Studio Express for Desktop, not Visual Studio Express for Windows (see QTBUG-37712). It seems pretty self-contained now, so the docs don't need to make it seem more complicated than it is, but just point out that the main thing is to install the right version of VS.
