Regression: Scale problem in multipage printing on Windows

    Description

      The printed output has scaling issue in multi page document when printed from QPainter and windows-viewport conversion is used. Only the first page is scaled properly in output.

      Print preview and printing to PDF file seems to be OK.

      This seems to be regression because works on Qt 5.2.
