qtd3dservice: CoreCon doesn't poll properly on Windows Phone 8.1 devices

      While CoreCon can connect to a USB device, it cannot poll for the content (shader sources). This is likely due to the file path being different between WP8.0 and WP8.1. If the user updates their device to WP8.1, they won't be able to use qtd3dservice.
