Windows Phone: Vcxproj generation gives wrong toolset

Due to recent changes in qmake, the tool set reported in the generated vcxproj is now missing the _wp8X suffix. Depending on the Visual Studio version used (and other targets/tool sets installed), this can either refuse to open or simply open with an incorrect tool set. In any case, the out-of-the-box experience is broken.
