QDockWidget with custom titlebar does not behave correctly on Mac OS X

    Description

      A floating QDockWidget with a custom title bar set with setTitleBarWidget() does not work correctly on Mac OS X. The dockwidget can be moved under the main menubar/application menu so that it is left unaccessable, and it can be resized so large that the resize handle is no longer accessable.
      This can be seen using the mainwindows demo in Qt.
