Cursor themes are still broken in Qt5

    Description

      Cursor themes are still broken, and have been since Qt5.0 for me. I already reported this here:

      https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-30016

      That bug was closed with the comment 'I assume this is fixed by the commits mentioned in QTBUG-27537 . Please re-open if not.'
      It is not fixed, but I can't reopen bugs so I'm reporting a new one. Feel free to delete this one and re-open the old one .
