Docs: C++ namespace documentation (qt.html) not generated

qt.html is not generated when running qdoc for QtCore.

All the links to the Qt namespace docs are broken.

This happens because a recent change introduced a dependency to qtqml in qtcore.qdocconf. Qt QML defines the Qt global object, and that collides with the Qt namespace in Qt Core.
