Make it possible to store/retreive QTextBlockUserData from HTML documents

    Description

      It would be useful if it were possible to store/retrieve the QTextBlockUserData from HTML documents by having the possibility of user implemented serialization to strings. The string could be added to the html tag in question as an attribute.
