Description
If a loader is used asynchronously to bring up a page that contains a TableView, then all the TableView's headers are hidden except for the last one which is listed first and only. That header resizes its column correctly, but any previous headers are missing. The problem is not present unless the loader has 'asynchronous: true' set.
The attachment is a simple sample project which illustrates the behavior I am describing.
