      in qwindowsprintdevice.cpp:
      in QPrint::InputSlot paperBinToInputSlot(int windowsId, const QString &Name)
      the windows id of a paper source (QPrint::InputSlot.windowsID) is not
      set correctly if the device reports a paper bin with a unknown windows is
      (i.e. 264)
