Image gestures example does not work

    • Dell XPS One 2720 with touch screen. Wacom Intuos Pen & Touch, Logitech T650 touch pad. Windows 8.1.

      Image gestures example has the following issues on my Windows 8.1 PC:

      • Either of my touch pads works. No gesture events are delivered from these devices.
      • Pinch zoom doesn't work. The gesture always reports a scaling of 1 or values close to 1 like 1.004
      • No swipe event delivered from touch pad or touch screen.
