MinGW builds do not state OpenGL in the online installer

Users have complained that when downloading the MinGW builds of Qt via the online installer, they are surprised to find that they don't use ANGLE, because they are not listed as OpenGL builds. The MSVC versions differentiate themselves in the UI by having the OpenGL moniker there, so the MinGW builds should, too.
