Plugin contents drawn in icorrect place under Windows

      According to bug reports by some users:

      content handled by plugins is placed incorrectly when running under Windows (couldn't reproduce under Linux), in top left corner of window instead of left top corner of QWebView.
      I believe that it applies only to content not embedded on some page bug accessed directly.
      I'm currently unable to check it myself, I'll try to reproduce it using demobrowser under Windows as soon as possible.
