QWindowsVistaStyle: QMenuitem icon and text are shifted with custom menuitemwidget

      Bug occured after fixing QTBUG-36218. When I upgraded from Qt 4.8.4 to 4.8.6 I tried to remove workarounds for mentioned bug. Everything works fine except that icon and text in custom menu item are shifted to the left. Probably all elements were moved to the left, while only separator should. Could be easily reproduced on sample attached to QTBUG-36218.
