Unable to install Qt 5.3 from the online installer behind a proxy

    Description

      I've setup my proxy configuration (manual proxy) as usual in the online installer setting but I'm unable to install Qt.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTIFW-498 HTTP proxy settings do not have any effect
