qtd3dservice must start automatically when deployen WP app

    Description

      Starting using Qt to develop apps for WP must be easy and transparent as possible to attract new developers and mostly the beginners.

      I suggest to make QtCreator starting qtd3dservice automatically when developer build and deploy the app to a device, then we will not have to start qtd3dservice separately to be able to deploy the app correctly to the device.
