XCB on Unity using Gtk 2 theme plugin: Dialog boxes behind main window when parent widget is not top level

      The dialog box (for example QFileDialog::getOpenFileNames), whose parent widget is not a top level widget, is displayed behind the main window and in the Unity launcher bar it has a different icon than the main application one.

      The problem appears only when using the libqgtk2 platformthemes plugin.
      If the plugin is removed then the behaviour is correct.

      It seems similar to https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-35302.
