5.3 Fails to install on Mac Mavericks

      Online and Offline 5.3 failed to install on Mac 10.9.3. Both installers fail at very end of installation with message

      Cannot open file /opt/Qt/MaintenanceTool.app/Contents/MacOS/MaintenanceTool.new for writing: Unknown error

      Here is MacOS permissions : drwxr-xr-x 2 root wheel 68B May 26 15:03 MacOS/

      MacOS is empty.

      When installing I changed from default user folder to /opt/Qt as I always installed it that way with previous version and I was prompted for Administrative password.
