QComboBox popup does not resize when items are removed/added while popup is open.

1. add a few items to a QComboBox
2. open popup (by clicking on it, or with combobox->showPopup())
3. remove items while keeping popup open

Result:

Popup contains blank space at the bottom where the removed items where. Adding items creates scrollbar/arrows but doesn't resize popup either.

(It also messes up drawing custom content with a custom delegate, but this is probably another issue.)
