Cannot uninstall Qt 5.3 components

    Description

      The installer doesn't do anything when trying to uninstall e.g. the qt.53.gcc_64 packages (no complete uninstallation, just uninstallation of single components in the Package manager).

      The "Ready to Update Packages" page still lists components:

      Components about to be removed.
qt.53 
qt.53.gcc_64 
qt.enterpriseaddons.qtquickcontrols.11.qt53.gcc_64

      But when hitting Update, it immediately jumps to the "Finished" page

      Installer log:
