_qws files missing in qt-all-xxx

I use qt-all-opensource-src-4.5.0.tar.gz to create a binding to all platforms. However the _qws files are missing in qt-all-opensource-src-4.5.0.tar.gz. The _x11, _mac, _win files however are still present

Did:

untar qt-all-opensource-src-4.5.0.tar.gz and find qt-all-opensource-src-4.5.0/src/ | grep _qws

Expected to see:

qt-all-xxx should contain the files of all platforms

Got instead:

the embedded file qtransportauth_qws.h was missing as all the other _qws files
