QFileDialog::getSaveFileName does not shows the supplied file name in dialog

      When third parameter in getSaveFileName() 'dir' includes a file name, the specified file is not selected (does not appear in the File Name field) if the file don't exists. If the file exists in the directory, it is selected.

      This bug does not affect version 5.2.1.

      Similar bug as QTBUG-29248.
