SVG with embedded image is not rendered correctly in WebKit

Embedded images in SVG files are not drawn with html <img> element. But if same svg file is included inside <iframe> element, it will render correctly for that img tag also.

Attached example should render red square. Included svg file renders correctly in firefox, inkscape and Qt svgviewer example.
